Dolly began Crossfit at the recommendation of her daughter several months ago. Dolly enrolled in the XfitNKY boot camp and now attends 630pm classes……enjoy your day!

    Also…since I didn’t post yesterday (and I have to let Chrissy know…) 95-105-110-115-120-125! Julie gave me credit for the last one on the 125, but my ROM was a bit short 😉

  • My legs are dead from yesterday, but thanks to Stacy, I completed the Air Force WOD (most of you will get to do it tomorrow – I’m off to my guard unit for drill).

    I wanted single digits, but ended up with 10:52 to complete the WOD

    AF WOD:
    Running clock, do 5 Burpees every minute on the minute until the following is complete
    20 Thrusters (95# – use this throughout)
    20 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
    20 Push-Jerks
    20 OHS (yes, squats after yesterday’s little tabata crap was horrific)
    20 front squats… fall on floor, pray for blood to leave your quads so it can pick up some oxygen at your lungs and revive you.

  • Made up Diane today with Melissa. Couldn’t hang w/her. I think she knocked it out in about 5:40. I came in at 7:09. Great time tonight.

  • Did yesterdays heavy lift @ 95 then did Diane with125# dl and 2 mats for hspu.

    It was a fun night at the gym….great work everyone-there were WOD s going on all over the place!

  • made up Diane and she is a dirty dirty girl……6:43 but felt like an hour and a half…..
