Rest Day/Skill Work/Make Up
I went to the 630pm class twice this week…..something very new but worked well for a little change up.
Tonight I made up Wednesday’s Wod:
Farmers walk 35# kb each hand
20 kb swings at 53#
Then, an 800 m run again.
Time 20:32. Felt pretty good
Did Tuesdays WOD with Jeff.
30 OHS 75#
21 pull ups
22:something I think. Damn OHS…
Always awesome working out with a Baker….Beast.
Been out of town all week, looks like I missed some great wods! It snowed and rained on us in Estes Park 🙁 Only got in one nice hike. Looking forward to Friday.

Back to the box tomorrow morning for the 5am WOD. addicted to crossfit? nah…..
