Did the Games WOD tonight with Jeremy. Should say I dragged ass behind Jeremy. It was pretty brutal. Got 7 rounds: 145# power clean x5, Toes to bar x10, 20# Wallballs x15. Jeremy, you’re an awesome animal! Thanks for sticking around to count and cheer Sean (and of course you too Lucas!)
