– 20 Push Press @ 135#
– 15 KB swings @ 53#
– 10 Pull-ups with 20# vest
I don’t know what my time was, but this beat my shoulders up pretty good.
Made up Wednesday’s WOD. Nice to give the abs and back a little work. 17:55. Never thought I would say this, but the strongest part was the running!
I made up Monday’s DU/Thruster/Pull Up WOD which I liked! I was SO close to all unbroken double unders with 2 rounds unbroken & the middle round with 31 unbroken…grrrrrr!
Oh well…time was 22:0? There was a packed house last night & it felt good to be back 🙂
