Why I Crossfit
I Crossfit because it makes me strong. Stronger than most men I know and I still look like a woman. A strong woman. A hot woman!
I Crossfit because it is fun. Where else can you yell, scream, cuss, pant, sweat, run, jump, throw, lift, and play for a living or for health? With people that feel what you are feeling. A comraderie is formed and friendships are bonded in sweat and laughter and sometimes tears.
I Crossfit because I am training my body. I am not a hamster. I do NOT belong on a wheel watching life pass me by on the television mounted on the wall in front of me. I am getting stronger in the movement of life. Of LIVING! And lastly
I Crossfit because it makes me feel alive! Vibrant, strong, sexy and happy. I know there is nothing I won’t attempt because if I fail, I will keep trying because that’s how you learn and that’s how your muscles learn. I know this because of Crossfit and I also know that there is nothing worse than a burpee, except maybe 50 of them!
Now that you know why I Crossfit. I am asking you, those of you that do. Why do you Crossfit?
