  • Made up Tuesday’s WOD, 22:47, I was very happy with that time. But it is time to give up the christmas bands for good. I justified their use by telling myself I needed to save my arms for the ring dips. Totally failed the quitter test! 🙂
    Even though I totally stink at ring dips, I still need to progress on the pull ups!

    I attempted to climb the rope, but couldn’t get up so I did 3 modified versions of the rope climb for each round.

    Great job everyone! There are some great times up there 🙂
