  • Rest day which means resting. Or Lucas rest day which means 5 rounds of rowing with 2 minute breaks. Average 1:50. Then WOD 2: Row 500 meters, 15 push presses 95lbs, 15 sit ups, 15 dead lifts 155lbs, 25 pushups, 25 squats. 5:12. I am addicted.

  • Made up Wednesday’s WOD. Couldn’t pull off double unders, but did the 20lb wall balls and the 24″ box. The box completely wiped me out. 20:15

  • Row Row Row your boat…or in my case the C2.

    Not sure of my times (b/w 2:05 & 2:20, I think), but pretty sure I don’t want to do that again for a while!

    Unlike Will, he did this as his warm-up & I did it as my WOD ๐Ÿ™‚ Great job!
