Skills:  Group HS Walk across Wall
3 Passes each Athlete:  Start on one side of the wall under rig, kick to HS and traverse sideways to other side of wall shifting from shoulder to shoulder.

**If you do not have HS Hold; Do 3 Pike Box Walks around a Box

Strength:  Deadlift off 3in Riser
Complete 6 sets @ 75% of the following:
3 Reps rest 7 Secs
2 Reps rest 7 Secs
1 Rep rest 30 sec
