  • Made up Tuesday’s workout:
    As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
    With the same barbell: 95lbs/65lbs
    5 Thrusters
    7 Hang Power Cleans
    10 SDHP

    Didn’t Rx the weight – did 55# instead, but that was definitely challenging for me. Made it through 9 rounds.

    Great job, Melissa – nice to have you there pushing me along!

  • Made up Tuesdays WOD as well!

    Wish I would have done rx, however I scaled down to 55# so I could continue to heal my hands up

    7 rounds + thrusters
