WOD: Back Squats 1-1-1-1-1

The next two days we will be finding out our 1rep max Back Squats, Snatches, Cleans.

Lets get ready for the new and exiting program starting on Monday!

Bring a friend at 9am and 10am for our Saturday morning FREE workout! This is your time to give Crossfit a try. This week’s workout we will be honoring the victims of the attacks at Boston Marathon.
