    Had to put my “A-game” on to hang with Lola, I think we came out pretty even.

  • Well, I paid for trying to be cute with the broomstick comment and got to do abnormal abs instead… My abs don’t feel it yet but my hands sure do! Did 35#kb, sub with ab mat and goodmornings. Knees not quite to elbows, time 28:54. Might as well call it 29. 🙂

    You won’t be able to sneeze come Saturday! It’s the two-day rule….feel it a bit tomorrow, two days later, UGH!

  • I know a 4 letter F word that comes out of my mouth quite a bit when I’m working out…doubting it’s the same one you are hinting at though.

  • Did crazy abs. 53# kb for 2-1/2 rounds, 35# for the rest. 65# good mornings and the ab mat for situps. Time 23ish.

  • abominable abs! 35# kb. 25 ghd situps first round, 15 abmat/10 ghd for rounds 2 and 3, and 25 abmat situps for the last round. am i the only one that gets crazy headaches from ghd situps??? also i did back extensions instead of good mornings… killer!
