Maybe you’ve seen it on ESPN or “The Biggest Loser”  or maybe your neighbor talks about it. If you have wondered what Crossfit is all about and if it’s right for you now is your chance to find out! CFNKY is offering a Boot Camp program that will change the way you think about fitness and working out!  With a focus on technique and efficiency you will quickly be bringing that intensity to your workouts that results in a stronger, faster, healthier you!  The Boot Camp will be offered daily at both 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. , 4 days a week.  For only $100/month for 3 months or $130/month for a single month you will get certified instruction, learn new skills and gain confidence and lose weight!  Camp starts August 6, Sign up Now by contacting Lucas at 859-380-4904  text or call or lucas@crossfitnky.com

After the 2 minutes, athletes will reset together for the Masters Triplet Event.

Rope climb, 2 ascents
Shuttle Run
5 Front squats 185/135
Shuttle Run
