15 Hang Power Cleans 115/75
12 Ring Dips
21  Sit-ups

  • Doh! I showed up at 6am- met Marcus and saw the 5am doing a great job!
    Went to “globo” gym to give it a whirl.

    65lb bar/standard dips/sit ups
    5rounds 12:30-better than no WOD at all!

    Do good work- to the morning crew-Kings Island is calling.

  • Finally made it in for Front Squats…85-95-105-115-125 x 5 – The rest of my body wasn’t ready for the mini WOD though. Maybe tomorrow?
