  • FS – 185, 195, 205, 215, 225. Great job by Sam on the PR. Had to sub pull ups for the HSPU on the mini WOD due to a shoulder that has refused to cooperate for several weeks. Did manage to Rx the weight. Happy to finish before Lucas locked up. 🙂
