    Great work all & thanks to Kim for your counting & encouragement! See you guys Friday and I’m going to start the sit up challenge, but I’m not sure how long my belly will let me participate! We shall see.

  • 290 – 113, 89 and 88. The second and third rounds were a little rough. Plan on practicing some OHS tomorrow.

    Died off big time in round 3.

    Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny. How about some sprints incorporated in the workout (not 400m, like a lap around the building or just the back stretch). That and anything that isn’t too tough on the shoulders, mine are fried.

  • 231 down 10 from last time. But had some real jumping in there this time even if it was just the plates. Great work by the 630 crew as always!
