CrossFit Northern Kentucky is a “box”. The whole package comes in the box with NO additional hidden fees etc.  You pay for the CrossFit experience led by a personal trainer every time.   The CrossFit method is proven to deliver results and every work out is designed to improve your overall fitness.

Unlimited Membership – $125/month
Membership option includes unlimited access to CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, Competition/Skills Class, open gym, and yoga. Take advantage of all these great opportunities to improve your health and your fitness.

Unlimited 6 Month Membership – $115/6 month contract
Membership option includes unlimited access to CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, Competition/Skills Class, open gym, and yoga. Take advantage of all these great opportunities to improve your health and your fitness.

Unlimited 12 Month Membership – $100/month
Membership option includes unlimited access to CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, Competition/Skills Class, open gym, and yoga. Take advantage of all these great opportunities to improve your health and your fitness.

Three Days a Week Membership – $100/month
Membership option includes all classes however you are limited to three classes a week.

Student Membership – $75/hour
Membership option includes unlimited access to CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, Competition/Skills Class, open gym, and yoga. Take advantage of all these great opportunities to improve your health and your fitness.

Military Discount Membership – $90/month
Membership option includes unlimited access to CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, Competition/Skills Class, open gym, and yoga. Take advantage of all these great opportunities to improve your health and your fitness.

Drop In – $20
CFNKY would love to be your home away from home!  The drop in fee is $20.00 or you can purchase one of our CFNKY Unbroken Tees for $20.00.

Classes consist of exercise instruction and practice, review, warm-up, stretching protocols, and of course, workouts!  Instruction and workouts increase in complexity and intensity throughout the duration of the class, progressively improving your fitness and preparedness for life.  Groups are limited in size to ensure all clients receive more than adequate personal attention.
