WOD (Workout of the Day) Times:

Monday:   5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Tuesday:    5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Wednesday:  5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Thursday:   5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Friday:   5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am,  4:30 pm, 5:30 pm

Saturday:  8:00am (Members Only – Competition/Skills class),

                    9:00 am  **Open to anyone, drop-in FREE

Sunday: 1PM Endurance Workout, 2:30 Yoga Class

Open Gym times: Tuesday 12:00 – 1:30pm, Thursday 12:00 – 1:30pm

CrossFit Northern Kentucky is a “box”. The whole package comes in the box with NO additional hidden contracts or fees etc.  You pay for the CrossFit experience led by a personal trainer every time.   The CrossFit method is proven to deliver results and every work out is designed to improve your overall fitness.

There are no sales people! We do not want to persuade you into anything-the question is………HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?

Should you decide that CrossFit Northern Kentucky is the right place for you, then monthly membership fees are as follows:

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership: $125
  • 3 days a week Monthly Membership: $100
  • Military Discount Unlimited Membership: $100.00
  • Student Rate: $75.00
  • Drop-in fee: $20 (Drop in fee is for visiting Crossfitters ONLY!)

Classes consist of exercise instruction and practice, review, warm-up, stretching protocols, and of course, workouts!  Instruction and workouts increase in complexity and intensity throughout the duration of the class, progressively improving your fitness and preparedness for life.  Groups are limited in size to ensure all clients receive more than adequate personal attention.
