  • My first WOD where I did the full quantities. Only made it through b/c Armando was there standing over me. I was ready to be done pretty early on.

    30 wall balls
    30 kettle bell swings
    30 push press
    30 dead lift
    300m row
    30 box jumps

    I think it was 17:18 for me.
