FREE Saturday workout

WOD:

In teams of two complete 10 rounds total of:
400 m run/ Partner not running must hold plank the entire time other partner is running
12 Deadlifts/Partner not doing deadlifts must hold a plate over his/her head (45/25 lbs)
20 Box Jumps /Partner not doing BJ’s must hold a plate over his/her head (45/25 lbs)
*One person completes an entire round (row, DL, BJ’s) before switching. Each Partner must complete 5 rounds.
