 Having been a fitness enthusiast for years, I am always looking to freshen up my routines by cross training.  Blending functional fitness with pilates and yoga became the key for me to maintain the fitness goals I had long strived toward.  Becoming a believer encouraged me to become a teacher. I am yoga certified through Core Power Yoga, Pilates Reformer certified through Balanced Body, and Barre certified through Body Alive.
 Join me at Crossfit Northern Kentucky on Sundays at 2:30pm and Wednesday at 7:45pm for restorative yoga to increase mobility, prevent injury, relax and enhance your mind/body connection.
