CrossFit Kids

It’s time for CrossFit Kids!

We can fit into your schedule – come one day a week or two, come every week or skip a week!

Schedule of Classes: Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
Classes are for children 8-13 years old. If you are interested in a program for teenagers please contact us.

CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements to develop general physical skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular development. Children and teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during peak development years. The elements are combined to keep kids engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CrossFit Northern Kentucky it is imperative to pair fitness with fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness
