CrossFit isn’t just for adults. Functional fitness is for all ages. It is important to learn how to move properly especially at a young age. CrossFit Teens is a great place to start to help prevent injuries late in life and to help build a solid foundation for living a healthy lifestyle.
Schedule of Classes:
CF Teens (6-12) – Monday & Wednesday from 4:30-5:30pm.
**DUE TO CLASS SIZES WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE KIDS IN THE THEIR GRADE RANGE. CF Kids are not allowed in the CF Teens due to the work load and other CF classes taking place at that time. CF Teens may attend a CF Kids class if they have younger siblings participating in that class. We do apologies for any inconveniences this may cause. We hope to have more options for your students during the summer.

CrossFit Teens combine gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements to develop general physical skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular development. Children and teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during peak development years. The elements are combined to keep kids engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation.
