  • Lesson learned today: When your coach is competing in the crossfit games, watch out, there shall be no mercy in your hero Wod! ;). Loved your class today Kim! Red, white, or blue everyone???

My Wod was blue…Helton….time 35:44……Our Wod kicked off with the Pledge of Allegiance and today we all say thank you soldiers and families for all you do, go through, and put up with. God bless the U.S.A!

  • Thanks coach Kim! Great choices and awesome effort by all. I went with white the Bulger wod. Totally modified and no idea on my time but very glad to finish with no pucky and just one tear. 🙂 happy 4th everyone!

  • I chose Bulger-‘White’, and once again had one of those thoughts in the middle of round 4 or 5 of “How am I ever going to finish this?” Not sure how, but dug deep & made it through! Great work by everyone & thanks Coach Kim for a grueling list of options to choose from!

    Bulger:
    10 rounds
150m run (subbed 100m for most rounds)
7 chest to bar pull ups (not really chest to bar, but tried my best!)
7 95# front squats (not to mention the clean-the clean was definitely HARD!!!!)
7 hand stand push ups (2 mats, and starting to struggle)
    Time 46:50

Happy Birthday America & many thanks to the men & women to serve, have served & will serve our country!

  • Did my own July 4th WOD.

Location Montgomery Inn Ft. Mitchell, KY

AMRAP (AS MANY RIBS AS POSSIBLE)

I killed it today! Definitely not the CABOOSE today. Set a new PR, and I also RX’d this WOD.

Thanks to all the soldiers, and happy 4th of July to everyone.

  • I joined Wendy on the Helton WOD. 3 rounds, 800m run, 30 dumbell squat cleans (35 and 30 for the last round), and 30 burpees. 43:08 in the rain. Good times!
