  • YAY! Handstand Push-ups. I haven’t done those in forever. Hopefully I perform better than I feel today! 🙂

  • A lot of hands feeling the pain at 6am after this one. 9 rounds + box push ups. Great to be back in the box after a three week sick leave!

  • AMRAP in 15min of:
    3 HSPU – games style
    6 Pull Ups
    9 Knees to Elbows
    7 rds + 8 KTE…I think I only had about 1 or 2 where my head didn’t touch the mat all the way!

  • So, the shoulder wouldn’t let me do HSPUs, so I subbed push ups. (lame) Got in 8 rounds plus 6 pull-ups. Felt like I should have had more, but the hands were killing me (tore up my left pretty good).

    Feels good to be here this week!

  • Only got six rounds on this one since I ripped my hand in the third round. Guess I was obeying when Jeff said to get some blood on the bar! Great job 5:30 class!

  • Did this one in my garage gym- did 8 rounds with no timer. HSPU leave a lot to be desired but it was good. Stopped in to 530, lots of faces and an overflowing parking lot! Nice work crossfitnky

  • I liked this WOD. 10 rounds plus 3 HSPU. The funny thing is I thought the HSPU would be where I’d struggle. Those ended up being the easiest thing to do. Great turnout at 5:30 today. Had to run 2 heats.

  • An awesome overflowing class at 5:30. It was awesome getting to see so many people. So much dedication, even in the dark!

    I waited till it thinned out a bit before doing the WOD. I got 10 rounds. My KTEs need some SERIOUS work. I suppose I should start practicing those next! NEW MONTHLY GOAL! (Or maybe I can get it before Christmas. haha.)
