    Did this one all by my lonesome. (Well technically Carl manned the watch)
    A good minute or so off my pre-wod guesstimate. My legs just did not know how to work after the DL’s.

    Shoulda made myself go heavier and not worried about the time!! I was huffing and puffing during the run anyway.

  • This was one of those WODs where my body thinks like my 4 year old and says “What in the Hell?”!! Ankles and knees and back are all on strike now.

    I was 16:something at 95# DL and 400 meter runs.

  • Wow… walking into work this morning after that WOD last night was a bit challenging… Heck, just walking is challenging today!
    Managed to get through it at 95# DL and 400 meters. Missed having Mooms and Laura there. ๐Ÿ™

  • I missed my crossfit family yesterday!!! I went to crossfit Clarksville and did a really slow WOD by myself with the help of a crossfit mom.

    800 M run–a little walking on last run felt like someone was stabbing me in my rib with a knife- but i made it through the 800’s for first time. Thanks john for coming to check on me and running back in with me. I get you stacy on legs and no arms..UGGGG
