  • Don’t know my time, was just glad to finish!

    Modified the TTB and only used 25# for KB swings.

  • I did this one on my own at work since I won’t be able to make it in tonight. Did the running on a treadmill at 1% incline and KBell swings with a 50lb dumbell and TTB rx’d. All told did this one in 16:09….nice little workout.

  • I did today the thruster ladder from the 2011 regional…I was able to do 225; I hope to get 255 for the regional!!!

    Great to get the running in without it raining.

  • Had fun with this one. 15:22. The KB swings always get me. Great job by the 5:30 class, especially Maddie. Had to do some extra TTB. 🙂 Hope the 6:30 class got it in before the rains hit.

  • Nice WOD to start back with. Glad to be back!! Scaled down the KB to the 35lb for the last 2 rds. Beat the storm though!

    23 & some change rx’d …wondering how much longer I’ll be doing TTB? They are getting harder slowly but surely!

    Thanks to Doug for running the 800 again to start us off. I tried to stay with him, but fell back about 1/2 way. Still I probably did much better than I would have otherwise on the 800.

  • So great to be back and seeing everyone, and we had such a huge turnout at 5:30. Jill killed it on time, and Maddie just looks fantastic on those double-unders. Sorry I told you the wrong # of reps for TTB, Maddie!

    Great job to all. I came in at 18:35 Rx’d. Feels good to do GHD situps again too!

    Oh – and I got my first HSPUs (though I used 2 ab mats, and my hair barely touches that top mat – but it’s progress!)

  • Finished this out just before the rain/storm hit. KTE in for TTB with a time of just under 23 minutes. Nice job 6:30!
