  • Still nursing my chalk consistancy spine I opted to do this one somewhat modified.

    35 DU’s for the first round then to 105 singles since i couldn’t string DU’s together to save my filthy soul
    45lb bar for Thrusters with the 25 reps
    35lb KB swings for 20
    15 pull ups

    3 round 13min and some change……

  • I still can’t lift my arms from Saturday! This is going to be fun to attempt…I’ll be attempting in a hotel though, see you guys Weds or Thurs.

  • Kristin…I am right there with you!! My arms were soooooooo sore yesterday!! They feel a little bit better today, but that was painful!!!

    My du’s were pretty dang good today and that makes me so mad because for Saturdays competition I couldn’t even get two in a row!……oh well, one day du’s will be second nature- until then there are good days and bad days….today I smile!

  • Not my best work. Rx’d the thrusters up until the last round then dropped down to 55lbs.
    Finished in about 24:07 blah!!!

    Made it to the 4:30 class today. Am loving this spring like weather. Too bad it will be gone in a few days.

  • Rx’d – 17:10 without a vest. 🙂 Loved being outside today. 78 burpees after the WOD. My shoulders are starting to feel these suckers.

  • I don’t even know what my time was – I was just so glad to finish! (Rx’d) Jeff tells me it was 21:something. Sounds about right. Love this weather too! Great job, 5:30 crew. (I’m in awe of Karin & Wendy)

  • I hate thrusters. Everything was sore from Saturday, but the rope and the pull ups went okay. 16 something.
