You choose a skill:  5-10 minutes to work on a skill.  We have done several progressions over the past two months.  Choose a progression and practice a goat.

– Next three sets EMOM
1 hang snatch
– Next three sets EMOM
1 snatch

KB Snatches or DB Snatches 54/35 (Alternating – total for both arms)
Push Ups
