“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

  • I missed Lucas so much that I did the 6:00 a.m. class! Nice way to start the week!! Don’t know my total reps, butg ood turn out and great class!

  • Total 326 with red band for pull-ups, tried not using a kip to prevent rips. A good day, no hand rips or raw monkey butt 🙂

    Two things for Jeff:
    1. great job on those pull ups, you pushed through and did what you wanted to- nice.
    2) I came home for more strength training as I did a session of whoop a$$ on my son’s butt 🙂

  • It took me twice as long to add my score as it did to do the WOD…. the final count 371, with the purple band. Not my PR but I will take it on a Monday morning after a long bengeful weekend. Great job this morning !

  • I didn’t do very well on this one…305 & blue band for pull ups. The only bright side was that I did all of the push ups on my toes (even though my arms gave out twice :))
