  • Tough wod, made for a great spectator sport tonight and we sure had a full house from 4:30pm on!
    One of our CrossfitNKY family suffered an injury on the rings during tonight’s wod- Lucas and I feel so empty and sad tonight, tho we know you will recover.
    (If you weren’t there-please, don’t ask here, you’ll hear about it in a day or two.)

  • 65# and red band on the ring dips. 8:45… nothing like a nice wod to help beat a nasty cold!
