Monday

Workout this week will not be posted. We will be working all week on form and technique to prepare our athletes for the Crossfit Open and to make sure some of our newer members have a good understanding of most of our movements.

  • Working on form and technique is a great thing! I know I can benefit from it. The wod today was a killer! I struggled through those 90 KTE’s. Great job 5 amers!

  • Well I will continue to post here this week so my “posting” form and technique doesn’t go the way of my kb swing form. Use it or lose it I always say!
    Ok, I don’t really say it THAT much.

  • (Tuesday) today was a good one…I’m glad to be working on my forearm strength and grip-it will come in handy when I go to choke out my husband, again. lol!

    • Between wrestling, Krav Maga and choking out he should be very afraid…very afraid 🙂
