  • 185, 205, 225, 245, 275 for the 5X3 back squats. 1:13, 1:13 and 1:11 for invisible Fran. Thanks for the transition tip Kike. Just as Lucas estimated, shaved 2 seconds off my time.

  • Backsquats-155/165/175/180/-stopped at that since my lower back was feeling these right away.

  • BS 135-155-165-175-185 with a little spotting help from Greg ๐Ÿ™‚ I think my invisible fran times were 1:29, 1:37, 1:35…This workout was not made for tall people! Awesome job Jeff and Niki!! And Oscar ripping his shorts while squatting was the highlight of my day!

  • Worked up to a 275 set with Marcus and Tyler on the back squats. It was good to get a few reps in.

    1:30, 1:31, 1:32 for Not So Invisible to My Lungs Fran. I will need to do more than get that transition secret down to shave those times down any! Besides Kike is not telling everyone the REAL secret….to do Invisible Fran not only quickly but PROPERLY you have to throw down at the food court at the mall in front of the Sbarro. Just ask him. Seriously. Ask Him.
