  • I am going to try to do a better job of posting results and of not being so random at the gym… Don’t remember my time though, it was 7 something with 105# front squat. Great job to the 4:30 crew!!!!!!

  • I think my time was around 7:30 with 165 lbs. Great job by the 5:30 crew. Followed the WOD up with some Krav Maga. If you haven’t tried it you should check it out.

  • 5:02 with 100#bar
    really focused on getting under the bar quickly and getting from Pull ups to front squats, no dilly dally-in’!

    Really great efforts by the 9am..our people are getting strong!

    I will be happy when the sit up challenge is done. 🙂
