  • This was a difficult lift to grip
    185-195-205…then the bar kept rolling out of my hand 🙁
    5 rd + run on mini WOD

    Metcon:
    5rounds+run…drenched.

  • Only got 285# on the DL’s. My monkey hands had a hard time w/the grip. 6 rounds plus the run on the WOD. The 5:30 class was cookin’.

  • Great job 9am!!!
    Snatch DL got up to 395 lbs
    WOD did it with the 70lbs KB & HRPU…Total of 5rnds + run
