    Never maxed on snatches before. Could have done more weight, but was starting to press at 125 so dropped weight to work on form.

  • Heading to a Reds game tonight, so I will need to make these up on Thursday. Certainly need to work on these.

    Worked with Sandy on snatches. We made it to 85 and I didn’t like my form so I practiced several at 65. The 5:30 crew did a fun team mini wod after snatches. Great working with Kevin and John!

  • Worked with Bryan on snatch I got up to 155 the dropped back to 135 to work on my horrible form.
