For the next couple of weeks some of our coaches will be in California for the CrossFit Games supporting Coach Kim Luber as she competes in the CrossFit Games!! We just want to let you know the programming will be a little bit different than usual, but just as FUN (and challenging, of course). The scheduling will remain the same unless it is otherwise posted on the website or on Facebook.  Just keep a watch on our posts in case these times change.

There will be NO CrossFit Kids this week (Tuesday, July 10th and Thursday, July 12th).  Coach Kim Luber will be out of town preparing and competing in the CrossFit games.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  She will be back and ready to go next week!  Be ready!!

  • 5 minutes and some change. Had to sub pull ups for HSPU’s due to my shoulder. I’m thinking about just having it removed. 🙂 Great job by everyone at 5:30 and 6:30. Good work by Thomas. I think he was around 5:30 or so.

  • Thanks Jeff I remember when I first joined I did this workout around 9 minutes using a box for push ups and only 135 cause my deadlift form was horrible its getting better I think pull ups would have been harder good job on that. And good job Kevin sticking threw rxd after a vacation
