Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

  • Felt strong today. 155-165-175-195-205. 1 rep max is 215.

    3:30ish, 3:25, 3:22, 3:16 on the runs.

  • back squats 135, 145, 155, 165 x 5 know i couldn’t go up on the 5th set barely pushed the last 165 up. Niki and Stacy awesome job!!!
    800 meter runs x 4 2:44, 3:04, 3:00, 3:00. Chip did awesome!!!! with only 1 min rest in between each set, he kept them all in the 2:45ish slot…. that’s just incredible!

  • The travel wod has begun. Heat 1 to Detroit in the books. Getting ready to tackle the grueling Detroit to Manila WOD via Tokyo. 3,2,1 go! See ya in 2 weeks crossfit peeps.

    reminding myself the harder it feels the stronger i get…

    tried to keep it steady and consistant-my legs were feeling it on the first 2 rounds
    rest times were staggered…none over 4min.

    Great group and max efforts by everyone.
