    We will put up a sign up sheet today- there will be at least 3 classes offered on Friday- times yet to be determined-Closed Saturday/Sunday- reopen on Monday ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Getting lots of positive comments about the re-design of our lobby. It’s not finished yet, but first and foremost don’t allow me to take credit for the sprucing up, Toni Baker painted it all so beautifully! Little things make such big impressions ๐Ÿ™‚

    I was 3 SDLHPs away from my goal of 8 rounds…next time, but it’s still 1.5 rounds better than what I did in August!

    Santa came early tonight too…I got a pair of the Live Love Lift knee high socks that I was eyeing up on Toni the other day! Thank you CFNKY (and Bryson for drawing my name :)) they’re awesome!

  • In August, I completed 9 rounds, but only lifted 55#. Today, I got 8 rounds plus 3 Thrusters, but I Rx’d it. I’ll take the Rx!

    Gotta give credit to Jeff too for helping me with the painting – couldn’t have done it without his help ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I’m feeling this one! Wimped out and did 60#….have this mental thing about HPCs!! SO need to get over it! Kristen, Sean and Chris rocked it at 4:30p! Great job to everyone. Kudos to Toni for rx’d!!!!!!

    Just myself and Chad for 6:30 last night. This one was rough for me and my results are nothing to brag about except I felt pretty good with the form and definitely put my effort in. Feeling it today too! Sweet! Thanks to Lucas and megHan for the push!!

  • Kim. I definitly noticed your very nice form. Especially your cleans. Quick with the shoulder shrug and elbows up. I noticed right in your first set! Excellento! But Don’t Forget: booty low low low in the squat! kudos girl!
