  • I would love to do this workout, but I will be driving all day! The Crawford’s are on the way to DESTIN,FL for Spring Break. All the CrossfitNKY family have a great week.

  • I was thinking about doing the weekly games WOD again on Saturday. I hope the alternate WOD is a little less brutal to the triceps and shoulders.

  • Stipulations??? I hate rules, but I do like options so I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing?!

  • My shoulders are fried this morning! 15:?? right after Toni was my time with the purple band for dips & plate + 1 ab mat for HSPU.

    The mini wod was fun & I think the boys cheated 😉
