I was thinking about doing the weekly games WOD again on Saturday. I hope the alternate WOD is a little less brutal to the triceps and shoulders.
Stipulations??? I hate rules, but I do like options so I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing?!

My shoulders are fried this morning! 15:?? right after Toni was my time with the purple band for dips & plate + 1 ab mat for HSPU.
