Friday Frenzy!

C’mon in for your wod- we’re gonna break in our new equipment!  Just brought in a truckload of  “toys” from Bill, Caity, and our friends at Rogue Fitness-

Sounds like we’ve got a few “friends” coming to the Saturday 11am “Bring a Friend” wod-  Round ’em up!

  • challenging wod today…16:55ish with 55lbs and some ‘scaling’ involved in the overhead squats 🙂 Laura, hope you got your grilled cheese!

    Used the 95lbs until the OHS portion and then I got folded up like an origami duck. Finished the remaining movements with a combo of 65 and 45 lbs (along with about 57 extra burpees)

    I can only imagine how awful I would have REALLY done if not for the bomb-a$$ new bar and 25lb bumpers I was given permission to break in. 🙂

  • This was tough one but it was a good one! 65# RX’d until I got to the OHS I had to scale down to 55#, 16:33 I think.

    Nice to use the new equipment today with all my 9am friends! 🙂

  • Nice WOD coach!!…I think for me to do a better time in this kind of WOD I need to improve my cardio…BTW excellent effort by Alicia, Lola and Julie this morning!!!

  • I guess everyone else who has posted said this too… This was a tough WOD! I did everything except the OHS at 55#. Then I dropped down to just the 35# bar and went back up to 55# for the front squats. 10:55 I think.

  • 55# for the wod- Time: 10:54- It’s almost like I did 40 burpees today just for fun, at random- sure, why not?
    4:30pm and 5:30pm solid performances

  • For time:
    20 thrusters
    20 SDHP
    20 push jerks
    20 OHS
    20 front squats
    4 burpees beginning of workout and 4 burpees every min on the min following…

    Great WOD!! #95 RX’d until I got to the OHS #75.
