WOD: “Death by Pull-Ups”

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  • thanks for all of your well wishes! ive been doing 5 lb curls for time. 🙂 We are all home now and going well. Maybe you will see Mark next week, and let him know he has burpees to make up. Hopefully Trent will be ready to say hello in a few weeks. Sorry to miss you all at the shower but it was like Christmas when i came home and had so many nice gifts to open!! Thank you all!   • I didn’t even get through 14 rounds. You guys are animals! The pull up bars looked bent where you guys were working out. Bridget, keep knocking out those 5 lb. curls. 🙂
