    If any of the later classes read comments for “advice”- today I say, get over the hump at the 15’s and go all in!

  • time 14:37. Good crowd at 5am. Everybody was stoked up. Nice crowd for a mile run cool down after-wod too. Have a great weekend everybody!

  • I would have posted sooner but I am not just getting the feeling back into my upper body … difficult to drive in this morning! All I can say is I am SO happy that WOD is over and done!!! 18:35ish

  • 21:00 for me w red band and regular sit-ups. used 25#bar for lunges. Mile run w Amy at the end. Happy Friday everyone!

  • Again Faster has posted on twitter that they are filling 4 spots on their team, 1 each of male, female, masters male, masters female. They are having a competition like this years Open where there are 8 workouts that you do and submit by video. http://apps.againfaster.com if anyone is interested or just wants a challenge. The first WOD is “Stacey” 150 Air Squats, 2K Row, 150 Air Squats and you have till 10/10 to submit.
