  • Time 18:26 Did 2 sets of 100-ft walking lunges w/ 35# plate overhead, then stepped it down to 2-26# kettleballs for remaining sets. First 21 pullups with purple band and then went to red band for remaining, added purple for extra help at the end.

  • Just wanted to say thanks to crossfitnky I have learned a faster way to get stronger and healthier.   • Big crowd in the 6am class! Thrusters, lunges, pullups, and situps as far as the eye could see!!
    Cool!
