then the remainder of the 38 minutes
as many rounds as possible of:

6 Power Cleans 135#/95#
9 Push Ups
11 Box Jumps 24″/20″

  • Nice to see everyone brigh and early at 6am! Great WOD, though I really struggled with it. modified 11 rounds + 6 box jumps.

  • managed the mile in 7:16, 12 rounds with 115 cleans and 24″ box. I seem to have gotten over my mental block of the 24″ box, finally!

  • Soooooo, My quads are still killing me!! Hope I can even complete the WOD today!!!

    I was so scared to jump up on that box today because my legs were so sore. The box wasn’t the problem though, it was leg strength on the cleans!

  • Bridget and I registered for the Mudathalon on Aug 13 in Cincy for the 9:15 heat.

    It looks like fun, a 3 mile obstacle course with a lot of mud (and beer/food at the end).

    Lucas told me I needed to do push ups on my knees or get stronger.

    I am now having a love affair on Wednesday’s WOD with tonight’s WOD.

  • I saw for the mudathon that if you have a team of 20 or more the entire team gets an extra “free” beer ticket. Just saying.

  • Yes and if you get 30, you get another free beer and a tent set up for you at the event.
