    Did burpees instead of HSPUs, and single unders, somewhere around 10 minutes. This one made me wish I didn’t weigh so much. Most of the other guys had significantly lighter DLs!

    Wow am I sore after two back to back CF days! Had a very restless night with baby moving a ton…not sure I’ll make it in today. Happy Friday everyone!

    Still not up to par w/ being sick. And my hair kept getting stuck in the jump rope. That’s when you know it is time for a hair cut. Donated 6-7 inches today. Have a Good Friday!
