    Alternate WOD:
    60 AMRAP of
    – receive back and shoulder massage
    – ice shoulders

  • I was hoping the burpees would be better after the challenge. They weren’t. 14:23 with 75# snatch.

  • Wow, haven’t been to the 2pm class in a while. What a large afternoon group!
    I went nice-n-easy today, shoulders fried and got the games wod tomorrow.

  • 14:28 (I think?)…RX’d! But with clen & split jerk. Lucas said it still counted since it was ground to overhead…so you know I’m takin up anything on a split jerk!!! New goal…do as many WODs as possible RX’d 🙂
