  • Wow Lucas is getting soft on you all! The 5AM and 6AM class had to do 7 Deads and 15 ring dips for 5 rounds. I either finished in 6:20 or 8:38. I lost count and pulled what i like to call a “Chris” and yelled time when i thought i had hit 5 rounds. I was going compare with others times to see if the 6:20 was possible. I was pretty bad arss this morning so i’m thinking the 6:20 was right….:)

  • I did an extend wod if you will with Karin and Liz! Thanks for doing the Burpees with me, can’t wait to your birthday now Liz! I just love Burpees.
    We did:
    5 rounds of
    7 DL (225# for me)
    15 Ring dips
    4 burpees
    400m run
    Time: 22:something I think

  • For some reason I’ve confused myself and can’t remember if I did 4 or 5 rounds on this WOD. My time makes sense for 5 because I only did 125# on the DL but for some reason I don’t remember! Oh well, 9:16 ish was my time for however many rounds I did!

    I guess I made up for it with 4 rounds of 15 double unders & 15 burpee box jumps afterwards.

  • I heard that there was some super human in our group that did 10 rounds yesterday. Glad that guy is on our side!

  • Let’s clarify…taking a “Chris” is one thing, but pulling a “Chris” generally means finishing ahead of Adam…with Rx’d weight. In other words, I for the most part pull a Chris, while Adam generally takes the proverbial Chris during his wod attempts. 🙂

    All joking aside, I have to thank CFNKY for getting me prepared for the last two days of moving. Deadlifting my fair share of appliances and about 42 billion boxes apparently filled with concrete, certainly put my functional fitness to the test!
