  • We had a packed 5 am class this am and everyone was working hard!
    FS were 135-155-165 and I got 9 rounds on the metcon. It was a fun one. See everyone tomorrow!

  • Worked in with the dynamic duo of Doug and Tyler at 5am. 185, 205, 225.
    Snagged a rep at 275 for old times sake. A tad heavier than I remember.
    7 rounds on the metcon. Du’s killed me quick.
