115/155 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Box jumps, 30″ box
135/185 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Box jumps, 30″ box

Monday – Licensed Massage Therapist:   Mark Chisenhall from The Pain Reliver will be giving a 15 minute presentation followed by  FREE massages to all members from 5:00pm-
