” McGhee” (Team WOD)

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

Two free Classes on Saturday 9:00 and 10:00 a.m

    • Well can’t think of a better way to spend 25 min. Team wod traci great job. I started out with 275lb for 7rds and Lucas said my form was failing. Dropped to 225lb we completed 11 rds.

  • 15 rds with team Niki at 185#…glad I decided to get out of bed on this “snow day”

  • 10 rounds (well 9.75 for me and 10 for Deanna) at 185! I’m actually starting to enjoy deadlifts! Good work 5 am! See everyone tomorrow 🙂

  • 15 rounds plus 5 DLs
    Stacy and I were a match on the DL weight
    We focused on doing the movements unbroken.
    Was good to see last 2 minutes and push thru to finishing the 15th round.

    Nice group today. and good to see a several new people.

  • Due to time constraints 5 am did a truncated 20 min version. I teamed up with Tyler and we managed 10 rounds each rx’d. Our initial target was a round a minute and unbroken reps. It worked out for the most part with a few seconds to spare. Enough for 2 more deadlifts. 🙂

    But I had a new PR in my Back Squat by 3!!!
