  • 28: and some change on this one. Was trying to catch Jeremy, but he was having none of that. Everyone at the 4:30 class killed it. Kendra found her mojo, I believe she will be having burritos for lunch from now on! 🙂 See ya tomorrow morning crossfit peeps.

  • Did it Rxd. under 30 minutes last time I did this was with Sam and I could not finish Rxd. Congrats to everyone cause this is a bad ass woman. and Karin. you should have “Up-Scaled” with a 20Inch wallball (inside joke). Congrats on everyone finishing.
